TNAU students explain ryots on way to hike sugarcane yield at Erode

Fourth year undergraduate students of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, under rural agricultural work experience program, explained  to the farmers on the way to increase the sugarcane yield in Gobi Polavakalipalayam village.

They explained the way to hike the sugarcane yield to the farmers by way of using essential nutrients and growth promoters as booster. By using this, the length and weight of the internodes of sugarcane will increase and gave a research publication on the booster which  can increase the yield up to 20 percent.
