Student Induction Programme held at Avinashilingam Institute

During the inauguration of the 7-day student induction programme fro fresher students, the Chancellor gave a warm and inspiring address. 
Recalling the visionary legacy of Padma Bhushan Dr. T.S. Avinashilingam Ayya, founder of the institution and a pioneer in women’s education, and the contributions of Padma Shri Dr. Rajammal P. Devadas, the Chancellor urged students to embrace academic excellence, discipline, and social responsibility. 
Vice Chancellor Dr. Bharathi Harishankar eloquently highlighted the rich legacy of Avinashilingam Institute.
She also noted that the multi-disciplinary and value-based approach adopted by the institution equips students to excel both professionally and personally. 
Registrar Dr. H. Indu greeted the young students and their parents and spoke about the various UG AND PG programmes offered by the institution. 
The student council Chairperson Ms Sandhya welcomed the gathering and student council secretary Ms. Surandaranachini thanked the audience.
