Rotary district governor felicitated

A function to thank Advocate AKS Sundaravadivelu, who served as the Governor of Rotary District 3201, and his wife Advocate Murugambal for their distinguished service to Rotary was held on  30.06.2025 at the Coimbatore Racecourse Cosmopolitan Club premises.Rotarian Thirumurugan, Assistant Governor of the Rotary Club.
Rotary District 3201 includes Rotary Clubs of Coimbatore, Palakkad, Thrissur and Ernakulam. There are 176 Rotary Clubs operating in these four districts. Advocate AKS Sundaravadivelu, who served as the Governor of this Rotary District, is retiring from that post on Monday.
Rotary District 3201 is divided into four zones. Coimbatore Rotary District is in Zone 1. There are 50 Rotary clubs in this zone alone. This thanksgiving event was held on behalf of these 50 Rotarians. At this event, 35 Rotary clubs, Rotary club leaders and members who performed well were given awards and honored.
Last year, various welfare schemes were provided to the poor and needy people on behalf of the Rotary Club.
