Chief Minister's concern for Kovai's development

Stalin's  achievements in the first year of his rule are a long list that includes free travel in Government buses for women, a gold loan waiver, Rs. 1000 monthly assistance for girl students, Illam Thedi Maruthuva Thittam - health at doorstep scheme, Illam Thedi Kalvi Thittam - education at door stem scheme, Meendum Manjal Pai Thittam - plastic abolition, and much more. He has gained the appreciation of the people by achieving in one year what could be done in five years.

The DMK Government organized the 'Investors' First Address is Tamil Nadu' event in Coimbatore with the aim to give added importance to economic development. The Chief Minister made a successful investment tour to Iraq, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi and signed memorandums worth Rs 6, 100 core. 

In the last year alone the DMK Government has attracted Rs.68, 375 crore in investment. With an aim to create 2,5,802 jobs, 130 memorandums have been signed.
Against this track record, the Chief Minister during his interaction with industrialists and businessmen said a master plan will be drawn for the development of Coimbatore. His speech during the interaction demonstrated the Chief Minister's concern for the development of Coimbatore. Also, the AIADMK's propaganda that the DMK Government has sidelined Coimbatore has been demolished.

Chief Minister Stalin has shown the way for the fast track development of the Coimbatore district industrially and economically. Saying that there is no field the Coimbatoreans have not touched and three is no field that has not shined by their touch, the Chief Minister has injected motivational medicine. Let the flag of Coimbatore's growth fly high.
