Chef Sheetharam Prasad visits Ramakrishna College

A renowned Chef of India, Chef Sheetharam Prasad, Corporate Chef-GRT Hotels; Vice President- Indian Federation of Culinary Association (IFCA); General Secretary of South Indian Culinary Association (SICA) visited the department of Catering Science & Hotel Management of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science. 
He is a certified Executive Chef from World Association of Chef’s Societies (WACS) and certified judge for international Chef competitions. Chef Sheetharam is also a proud alumnus of the College. 
He had an interactive session with the budding chef aspirants of the college and inspired them with his culinary journey as a Chef Trainee at Taj Connemara to Corporate Executive Chef at GRT Hotels. 
The Principal & Secretary Dr.B.L.Shivakumar and the President of SNR Sons College Alumni Association Dr.R.Prabhu were present. 
The event was organized by Dr.S.Deena, Director of the Department of Catering Science & Hotel Management.
