Chef Deva Kumar, Executive Chef at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, aims to provide guests with a truly immersive experience where they can savor the distinct flavors and aromas of various regional cuisines in one picturesque location. The restaurant will be transformed into a haven of gastronomy, with carefully curated live cooking stations offering a wide array of traditional dishes from every corner of India. The Sunday Brunch at The Reef will tantalize taste buds and provide a visual spectacle, with vibrant Indian decor adorning the restaurant. Chef Vinoth Kumar will be serving as Jr Sous Chef for South Indian Cuisine (Tamilnadu/ Kerala/ Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana/ Karnataka/ Pondicherry), Chef Manoj Sarkar as Chef de Partie for East Indian Cuisine (Odisha/ West Bengal/Chhattisgarh/ Bihar/ Jharkhand), and Chef Awatar Singh as Chef de Partie for West Indian Cuisine (Gujarat/ Rajasthan/ Maharashtra/ Goa/MP).
