Nilgiris Collector reviews security measures taken at vote counting centres

In preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, District Electoral Officer and Nilgiris Collector M Aruna conducted a thorough review of security measures at the vote counting centre. 
The visit, which took place on Monday, focused on assessing the readiness of the Nilgiris Government Polytechnic College, designated as a key counting venue.
With the elections drawing near, electoral officers are diligently implementing measures to facilitate a seamless voting process. 
Collector M Aruna's inspection aimed to ensure that all necessary security protocols are in place at both the vote counting centre and the locations housing electronic voting machines.
The collector was accompanied by Additional Collector Koushik and other government officials.
