State level karate championships: Students of JKTC Cyril Karate Do India score thunderous win

Led by Coach Sensai Ashwin, students of JKTC Cyril Karate Do India, who participated in the state level karate championships, held at ARS Mahal, Ondipudur here bagged prizes in various categories.

Details of students who won in various categories are hereunder: kata: V Swasthik (4) St Joseph higher secondary school, Suresh Abhimanyu (6) New Atherya public higher secondary school, Rithmika (7) Vijaya Vidyalaya School, Jayanth (8) Vijaya Vidyalaya School, P.Mithun (8) CRR higher secondary school, Sanjay (10), CRR higher secondary school, Rohit (10) CRR higher secondary school bagged the first prizes.

K Harshan (6) Venkatalakshmi higher secondary school, S Mithun (7) CRR higher secondary school, Thaarif (7) CRR higher secondary school, Joshikasri (8) Alvernia higher secondary school, M.Devapriyan (9) government school won the second prizes.

In the kumite category Thaarif (7) CRR higher secondary school and P.Mithun CRR higher secondary school grabbed the first prize followed by M.Devapriyan of government school won the second prize.

Sanjay of CRR higher secondary school, Rohit of CRR higher secondary school and S Mithun of CRR higher secondary school received the third prizes. Coach Sensai Cyril Vinod and parents appreciated the students for their outstanding performance in the state level karate championships.
