PV Sindhu wins silver at BWF World Tour Finals

In the BWF World Tour finals that was held in Bali, Indonesia, world champion and two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu of India played against world number 6 An Se-Young of South Korea.

The match lasted for 40 minutes and Sindh lost 16-21, 12-21 to win the silver medal.

For the 3rd time in a row, Sindhu has lost to Ann Seyang in a straight-set. With the current victory, An Se-young became the first South Korean to win a gold medal in the World Tour Finals Series in the women’s category.

Meanwhile, the South Korean player has won 3 titles in a row in Bali. He has also won the Indonesian Masters and Indonesian Open series in the last two weeks.
