Zonal Level Customers ‘Postal grievance redressal meeting’ is going to be conducted by the Postmaster General at the RS Puram Head Post Office premises, Coimbatore, on the 29th at 11:00 am.
Postal customers should send their complaints to the Assistant Director (Mails and Extension), PMG, Western Region, Coimbatore – 641002 within 20 days.
The complaint should include full details, date of posting, address, post office sent, registered post or parcel, money order, VPP registration, speed post etc.Besides, for savings account, postal insurance, deposit fund etc. in the post office, it should be sent with full details.
