All Tasmac shops were closed for three days from April 4 to 6 due to assembly poll.
So, on April 3 the sales touched Rs 12 cr due to overcrowd in the shops.
The district has 214 shops selling liquor up to Rs 4 crore per day and Rs 6 crore during the festive season.
The shops were reopened on Wednesday so that the bars were seen huge crowd.
Liquor lovers preferred beer to alleviate the scorching heat. On Wednesday, liquor worth Rs 5.99 lakh worth goods were sold, officials said.
