Chief Minister’s Award for Karate Coach from Coimbatore

CM Palanisamy on February 8 presented the award for the best Karate Coach to Karthikeyan from Coimbatore district.

Karthikeyan hails from the Nanjundapuram area of ​​Coimbatore. He has been teaching karate to students since 1986. He is currently working at Alan Thilak Karate School. She has been teaching karate to students for 34 years through Zen Martial Arts Academy. He topped the national competitions for three consecutive years from 1993 to ’96. 65 students of his academy had participated in national level karate competitions and 7 students had participated in national level karate competitions for school students and won medals and trophies.

In this context, on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Edappadi Palanichamy presented him the Award for the Best Karate Coach on February 8.

It is to be noted that Karthikeyan is the first from Tamil Nadu to receive such an award from the government.
