9 killed in truck-bus collision in UP

Nine people were killed on the spot when a bus and a lorry collided head-on in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday morning.
Nine people have been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a lorry carrying passengers from Delhi near Baburhia village in Uttar Pradesh’s Barabanki district. 27 people were injured.

The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
Expressing condolences to the families of the victims, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced a relief package of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the victims.

Prime Minister Modi has expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the accident.
